1.1 Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any cancellation charges
1.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service appointment may attract a nominal charge to cover scheduling and logistics costs (including but not limited to technician allocation, travel arrangements, and operational expenses).
1.3 To cancel or reschedule, please contact our support team via website, or customer care helpline. Kitara reserves the right to refuse rescheduling requests made at short notice based on availability.
2.1 If a prepaid booking is canceled within the eligible cancellation window, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
2.2 In case of any service non-delivery or cancellation by Kitara, customers will receive a 100% refund.
2.3 For payments made through promotional offers, coupons, or discounts, refunds will be processed as service credits where applicable and Kitara shall not be liable to refund the monetary value of such offers.
3.1 If a customer has made a partial payment, the refund will be issued proportionally based on the stage of service completion.
3.2 Kitara reserves the right to adjust refunds against any discounts or offers availed during booking and to deduct any costs already incurred towards diagnostics or inspection, if applicable.
4.1 Refunds are not applicable once the service has been completed or the product (if any) has been delivered.
4.2 For custom or third-party add-on services, cancellation and refund terms may vary based on vendor policies and Kitara shall not be responsible for delays or denials of refunds issued by such third-party vendors.
